By accessing or using Debriefer (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

Description of Service

Debriefer provides a platform for designing, conducting, and analysing AI-powered interviews. The Service includes APIs, SDKs, MCP integrations, and a web-based interface.

Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised access. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.
• Use the Service to conduct interviews that violate applicable research ethics standards.

Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all content you create using the Service, including interview scripts, transcripts, and analysis results. Debriefer retains ownership of the platform, its technology, and branding.

Data & Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service complies with applicable data protection laws, including obtaining appropriate consent from interview participants.

Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service with reasonable notice.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Debriefer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Termination

Either party may terminate these terms at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may provide a reasonable period to export your data.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the platform.
